• Children under 2 are free, anyone 24 months and older must have paid admission. Taxes and Fees NOT included.
• Outside food and drinks are NOT allowed. NO pets. We provide a designated smoking area.
• ALL SALES FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
• All information collected is use for internal use only.  Information is not shared or sold.
  
• All ticket purchases are non-refundable and valid for the 2024 season only.  Farm hours & operating days are subject to change without notice due to weather or other reasons.  In the event of mechanical failure or inclement weather, Beggs Family Farm may close attractions without notice. 
• By entering Beggs Family Farm, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in commercial film or photography in conjunction with Beggs Family Farm advertising and all media whether known or hear-after devised, for eternity, and you release Beggs Family Farm, its successors, assignees & licensees from any liability whatsoever.
